Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and approach prospective customers, utilizing strategic research and marketing efforts to generate new leads.
  • Engage with potential clients, gaining a deep understanding of their unique requirements and pain points to tailor compelling solutions.
  • Recognize opportunities to enhance existing maintenance agreements by recommending additional services, equipment upgrades, system retrofits, and more.
  • Conduct detailed building surveys to gather comprehensive HVAC system information for accurate proposal development.
  • Prepare thorough service agreement proposals, including testing, inspections, and preventive maintenance plans.
  • Collaborate with service personnel to review reports, quantify proposals, and ensure seamless contract renewals and adjustments.
  • Foster strong relationships with existing clients, providing prompt support, attentive service, and periodic outreach to anticipate and address evolving needs.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven track record with 3+ years of maintenance contract sales experience in the commercial/industrial HVAC industry.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, responsiveness, and follow-through skills.
  • Polished and professional communication abilities, with the confidence to thrive in a technical environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
  • Effective time management, organization, and multi-tasking capabilities.
